Beyond this Gateway: For Authorized & Registered Users
To protect the privacy and operational integrity of our church, content beyond this public gateway, such as detailed ministry documents, internal team collaboration spaces, or sensitive member records, is restricted.
Access to these areas requires authentication as an authorized or registered user, primarily through a Google Account. This means you will generally need:
- Your Personal Google Account (Gmail or other Google-associated email): For most shared documents and collaborative spaces, you will be invited directly to your existing personal Gmail account or another email address that you’ve associated with a Google Account.
- Visitor Sharing: If you do not yet have a Google Account, our system may utilize “Visitor Sharing,” which will send a verification PIN to your email address to grant temporary access for collaboration.
- A Church-Provided Account (if specifically required): In some very limited cases for administrative roles or specific internal systems, a church-provided @mcbccanada.com email address might be issued. You will be informed if this is necessary for your role.
- Not Yet Registered? If you are not yet a registered user and believe you need access to restricted areas, please fill out our [Registration Request Form Link Here]. Please note that this is a manual process handled by our Administration Team, and they will process your request as quickly as possible.
When attempting to access restricted content, you will be prompted to sign in with the appropriate account.
